A B2B file management platform needed a secure way for teams to share documents with external stakeholders. As adoption grew, the lack of controlled access led to inefficiencies and security risks. To solve this, new access models Collections and read-only users were introduced. I designed the end-to-end experience, balancing flexible sharing for internal teams with clear, secure access for external users.
